WE ARE  NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility. However, if the contents in your package has leaked etc, please contact us via email at [email protected].

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES vary depending on the items you ordered. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Once it’s processed, it will be shipped. Please allow 2 to 5 days for shipment. Therefore it could take 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.
